Warranty Program

We guarantee that your item will arrived undamaged and without defect. If you receive the item and it is not in the condition you’d expect, contact us within 30 days or receipt and we’ll get your taken care of.

We use several methods of shipping. Because we charge a flat rate, we use the most economical method available.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of your order. We accept returns on non-custom items as long as they are in the original packaging and able to be restocked. We don’t charge a restocking fee.

Custom orders are not eligible for return as we are unable to reuse or resell that item. Be sure any artwork and spelling are correct before placing your order. If there is an issue with your order, email us within 10 day at orders@wildcatterhatco.com and include your name and order number.

Contact us via email or social media and we’ll walk you through it. We try to keep it simple, just let us know what’s going on.

Of course! With our current platform, sale items will have a sale tag in the corner of the product!

Sale prices on hats apply for small order quantities. Bulk order pricing is based on the current list price of the item

We’ve worked in retail and customer service for enough years (decades) to know you’re never going to answer all questions with an FAQ. I mean, just when you think you’ve heard it all….

We only ship to US destinations. If we were to offer international orders at this time, our production times would be rather long.

Shipping & Recent Orders

We use USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on package size and your location. We default to the most economical option since we offer low cost, flat rate shipping.

If you need it faster, let us know and we can get you the shipping cost for your delivery method.

This will depend on the method of shipping and where you are located. From the time an order leaves our doors, delivery time is usually 2 to 5 business days.

Business days are considered Monday through Friday. So 10 business days could be up to two weeks including weekends.

Once your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
